Today, we are proud to celebrate our Head Chef, Przemyslaw "Przemek" Glaz, and his incredible 20-year anniversary with The Hoban Hotel.

For two decades, Przemek has been at the heart of our kitchen, bringing passion, dedication, leadership, and exceptional standards to everything he does. His hard work and commitment have played a huge part in shaping the experience we provide to our guests every day.

Przemek is a highly valued member of our team, and we are grateful for his loyalty, talent, and the positive impact he has made on both colleagues and guests over the years.

This review is really appreciated

The difference is the staff 💫

We dropped in for one night on a dinner B&B basis, we were welcomed by Savio and Donald, two really friendly and professional guys, dinner was a treat, I had marinated beef and my wife had golden crumbed brie, both were delicious, main course prawn curry with rice and chips and chicken in a white w**e sauce with creamy mash and perfectly cooked veg. The young lady serving us, sorry we didn't get your name, short dark hair and previously lived in Dublin, was a breath of fresh air, so friendly and professional a real asset to any business. The room was nice and big with everything you need, large shower with lots of power. Breakfast is self service, well cooked and a decent selection, we would definitely return.

Fantastic experience 🥳

We had such a wonderful time here and would happily return. The staff were genuinely lovely and attentive, so helpful. The food was absolutely gorgeous, with a delicious vegetarian option. The hotel’s décor was gorgeous and it had such a lovely atmosphere. A fantastic experience all around, I would highly recommended!
