Hi all,

We have been very busy here in Innisfallen Hotel providing a comfortable and welcoming space for many displaced Ukrainian families. We are blown away by the support & generosity that the people of killarney, KASI as well as local businesses have shown over the last few weeks.
On behalf of all of our new residents, we are so thankful for all donations received. If you wish to donate, KASI have advised to go through St Vincent de Paul as they will ensure they will reach all Ukrainians in need.
We, the Management & Staff, want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. 💙💛

Lunch planning for the week - we have some lovely lunches coming up this week! Tomorrow's lunch is chicken curry and the soup is cream of mushroom. Thursday's lunch is chicken, prawn and vegetable noodles and the soup is cream of vegetable, Friday's lunch is Menudo - a Filipino pork dish with tomato based sauce and with red, green and yellow peppers, carrots and potatoes - served with steamed organic basmati rice. Soup on Friday will be butternut squash with coconut milk..
