We’re delighted to welcome Hugo Alves Chef 🇵🇹, Portuguese Chef of the Year 2021, to Danú at The Brehon for a special four-hands dinner with Chad Byrne.

Hugo, Executive Chef of NORMA in Guimarães, has worked in some of Portugal’s leading kitchens, including The Yeatman, Wish and Pedro Lemos. His cooking is simple, creative and focused on the quality of the produce.
