We are delighted to announce the graduation of eight members of our team from the IHF Management Development Programme 🎓

This is a very proud milestone in our ongoing commitment to nurturing talent and developing future hospitality leaders.

Delivered by Karen Healy, learning and development specialist Meraki and run in conjunction with IHF Skillnet, the programme ran over seven months and saw delegates immersed in a comprehensive management development curriculum aligned with The Brehon’s core values.

The graduates got to enjoy an afternoon of celebration and well deserved recognition, with a drinks reception and canapés prepared by our head chef, Niall. The graduates were then formally presented with their graduation certificates by Garrett Power, chairperson of the IHF Kerry Branch.
