After 7-8 months of no access due to a hacker, I finally got my account back, Happy Days are here again.
So posting on our pages, Danny Mann Bar and Restaurant, and Killeen House Hotel, and Eviston House Hotel and Brook Lodge Hotel can resume now. Thanks to everyone who stuck with us during this period.

Snooker Legends raise Thousands for Recovery Haven


SNOOKER legends, Ken Doherty and Jimmy White, held a very special New Year’s reunion in Killarney in January as part of a charity exhibition match in aid of Recovery Haven Kerry Cancer Support House.
The renowned snooker legends appeared at Killarney’s Eviston House Hotel on Monday, January 2nd for the very special event, which was organised by local man Connie O’Sullivan and hotel owner Patrick Eviston. Patrick wanted to host the event in memory of his late wife Linda, who received valuable support form Recovery Haven prior to her death.

Killarney man Connie O’Sullivan was instrumental in making the event such a huge success, along with tremendous support from our MC David Joyce from Cork and of course Pat Eviston of the Eviston House Hotel, who kindly hosted the event
Needless to say, none of this would have been possible without the incredible support our two snookers legends – Ken Doherty and Jimmy White – two absolute gentlemen who went above and beyond to ensure that the sell out crowd had a fantastic night of entertainment and they also played a few frames with a number of local, amateur snooker players, which was great fun.
Massive thanks to the amazing people in the room who supported our raffle and auction, raising over €5k alone on the night – including €1700 for a signed David Clifford jersey. David attended the event and even had a shot or two with Ken Doherty.

SNOOKER LEGENDS IN NEW YEAR’S EXHIBITION MATCH FOR LOCAL CANCER SUPPORT CHARITY
SNOOKER legends, Ken Doherty and Jimmy White, are gearing up for a very special New Year’s reunion in Killarney in January as they take part in a charity exhibition match in aid of Recovery Haven Kerry Cancer Support House.
The renowned snooker legends will appear at Killarney’s Eviston House Hotel on Monday, January 2nd for this very special event, organised by local man Connie O’Sullivan and hotel owner Patrick Eviston. Patrick wanted to host the event in memory of his late wife Linda, who received valuable support form Recovery Haven prior to her death.
Tickets for the event are already selling quickly, with two ticket options available: a standard entry ticket priced at €20 or a VIP ticket for €50, which entitles the buyer to a meet-and-greet with the players prior to the match, as well as priority seating.
The event also marks the 25th anniversary of Ken Doherty’s World Championship win, with the Dubliner is set to bring along his coveted trophy on the night.
As well as the match itself, there will also be a raffle on the night in aid of Recovery Haven Kerry, featuring a host of keenly sought-after items, including a signed cue from each player, as well as a cue signed by the late, great, Alex Higgins.
Thanking organisers Connie and Patrick for choosing Recovery Haven Kerry as the beneficiaries of this exciting event, PRO Marisa Reidy said that there is huge excitement around the meeting of two great legends.
“When Connie came to us and explained what he had been planning we were absolutely delighted to be part of it. We only announced the event a few days ago and already people are really excited about it and cannot wait to see two such legends of the game in Killarney town,” she said.
The action gets underway at 8pm sharp, with the VIP reception kicking off at 7pm. Tickets are now available online at www.ticketstop.ie (search Ken Doherty & Jimmy White) or from Recovery Haven Kerry, The Eviston House Hotel, the Cue Club Killarney and Tralee Snooker Club.
