This November, The Peregrine invites you to take your place at the table for an intimate evening celebrating one of Italy’s most distinguished and iconic wine families, Antinori.

On Friday, 20th of November, we welcome Andrea Totis of Marchesi Antinori to Killarney for an intimate evening exploring the wines, estates and remarkable heritage of one of Italy’s most celebrated wine families.

Across the evening, guests will journey through five Antinori wines, paired with a five course menu created especially for the occasion by The Peregrine culinary team. With each pairing, Andrea will introduce the wine, sharing the story of its estate, character and place within the Antinori family, while our Head Chef, Noel Enright, will speak to the dish, its ingredients and the thinking behind each course.

Together, they will bring both sides of the pairing to the table, offering a deeper understanding of how each wine and dish has been chosen to complement the other.

Farranfore strawberries, at the height of their season, are at the heart of one of Dinesh’s latest creations at The Peregrine.

Our Strawberry and Lemon Verbena Eton Mess brings together fruit grown just a short distance from Killarney with fragrant lemon verbena, creating a dessert that feels unmistakably of this place and this time of year.
