It's that time of year again, where we get to test our new menu. So first up are our dumplings stuffed with pork, Clonakilty black pudding, carrots, pickled gherkin & nigella seeds all marinated in Blacks of Kinsale Black Smoke Whiskey. Served with apple, fennel, chili & tarragon slaw, Kinsale Honey House & Sarepska mustard aioli.
