Our colleague of the Month for June was awarded to Sean Sargent and it couldn't have gone to a more deserving person 👏
Sean went above and beyond in the support he gave to the hotel, our managers, and his fellow colleagues. Not only did he continue to take care of his own department, but he was always willing to step in and support other departments whenever help was needed.
Sean also took on a significant number of night shifts providing invaluable support to the Front Office team and helping wherever he was needed. His flexibility, hard work, and positive attitude have made a huge difference.
As if that wasn't enough, Sean also very deservedly earned himself a promotion
