Following on from government updates on Friday, we are delighted to announce we shall be reopening on Wednesday morning the 2nd of December!
We look forward to welcoming our members back and we know you are all looking forward to being back in the gym!

As always your safety is our priority and we have been working hard on our Safety and Hygiene Procedures during closure

Time slots shall be available to book from 1pm today!

To our valued members and friends, it is with a heavy heart we have to say goodbye to you all for another few weeks.
As Level 5 Covid 19 restrictions take effect and to protect the health and well-being of our team, our guests, and our community Energize Health Club will close temporarily on Wednesday 21st October 2020 at 10pm

We hope that our action will support the efforts of the Government and the people of Ireland in the fight against Covid 19. Our plan is to reopen the Health Club once restrictions allow and we will be closely following all official government guidelines and recommendations.

In these testing times our thoughts and thanks
are with those on the front lines of our health & public services.

Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions we look forward to welcoming our loyal members back in the near future.

For now we are staying apart to come together
