On 15th May, the NCBA had its first open meeting of 2026 where we invited guests to join us for a morning of introductions, sharing of information, informal networking, and some fantastic chats.
Our guests got to sample what being a member of our mighty little group is like.
The meeting was led by MC for the morning Sean Jefferies Photography and after introductions by our Chairperson, Pat O'Hara Videographer & Photographer everyone presentation got to introduce themselves and their businesses.
We had one of our founding members, Donal from Kanturk Printers give a talk on how he has found the group beneficial as did one of our newest members, Sue from The Website Chef .
Then two members, Donal from Mulcahy Insurances Ltd and Letitia from AIB Mallow gave a special presentation on CYBER Risks and preventative measure to help protect both your personal finances but also your business assets too, which was enjoyed by all.
After this, Jarlath of JW Garden Design gave a brief intro to the many benefits of being a member and that was followed by Referrals, where businesses shared business with each other, some were personal and some were business to business... always an exciting moment each week!
We closed out the meeting and afterwards there was a brilliant buzz in the room where both members and guests chatted about the morning.
We hope to host another morning like this in the near future so please keep and eye out for future events...
