We are delighted to announce that following last Monday, 25th of May, HSE and Environmental Health Office audit, all tests carried out on our water and food have come back clear today, 29th of May.

Both the Health Service Executive (HSE) and Environmental Health Office (EHO) commended Longcourt House Hotel as an exemplary business for proactively reporting a potential issue and requesting an urgent audit which happened the same day after the communication. This allowed us to work hand-in-hand with authorities to resolve potential concerns quickly and transparently.

We have been in direct contact with all guests who reached out and we have maintained full transparency every step of the way. The health, safety and wellbeing of our guests and team remain our absolute priority — as demonstrated throughout many years of providing services in this very busy and wonderful hotel.

Longcourt House Hotel has always upheld the highest levels of guest care, food safety, and operational standards. Our dedicated team, exceptional food offering, and strict procedures ensure we remain one of the safest and most trusted places to stay and dine in the region.
