Triskel Farmhouse Cheese

The Triskel Cheese venture came to an end last November. Thank you for showing interest in that little enterprise. If anyway feasible we will be back sometimes. But for now, the whole family is concentrating on the 50 acres of apple orchard minded by Phil for the past 25 years and the 60 colonies of bees kept locally. The bees are not as friendly as the goats yet but with a bit of time we will surely get to understand each other better… If you are interested in that new farming venture you will be able to get regular news on the following page: The Little Irish Apple Co.

Nicolas Fayolle a choisi "colporteur" comme petit boulot d'été. En Savoie, il fait découvrir aux touristes les vallées, les alpages et les spécialités de sa région. Le plaisir que procure ce petit job en fait un métier très convoité pour les vacances.

Rencontre avec une ramasseuse de lait pour ce deuxième volet de la vie en alpage. Tous les jours, elle effectue plusieurs tournées pour récupérer le lait des vaches, avant de le transporter dans les coopératives pour qu'il soit transformé.
