One of the best place to spend sunset watching scenery. It offer an incredibly beautiful and peaceful stroll looks out across the calm lough. Glendalough makes it one of the most beautiful places in Ireland to watch the sun go down – behind the Wicklow mountain.

You can stay here peacefully admiring Nature at work. When you come to Glendalough at sunset the peaks reflecting in every clear water of loughs in such mesmerising “savage beauty” of this land is adorable.

Travelling wide and far with the beauty around me, I begin to experience such wonderful feelings about the place and what a fascinating tale it is! This is the MAD beauty that is Ireland.

The lake as the Earth's Eye

The dreamy and stunning scenery of Lough Tay in County Wicklow! High up in the mountains, in some mornings hiding in the fog makes it one of the most iconic and picturesque lake destinations in Ireland. Lough Tay or the Guinness lake is surrounded by mountains where the sun shines right in your eyes. Standing atop looking down the lake, one can barely find the right words to describe the beauty that engulfs the vista of any given day.

The more we experience nature, it allows us to awaken to a deeper appreciation of the world around us. I love the quote by Henry David Thoreau: “A lake is the landscape's most beautiful and expressive feature. It is the earth's eye; looking into which the beholder measures the depth of his own.”

Springtime in Ireland is a beauty to behold.
Nature’s awakening to the slumber of winter’s frost.
Budding beauty of flowers burst into bloom.
The leaves in trees started to shoot fuller.
Valleys, streams and boglands come teeming with life.
Nesting season as the love birds fall in love.
Curious Spring lamb hopping on bales.
Our days are brighter, warmer and longer .
Our new dreams and our hopes for the new season come to life.
This reminds us of our lives in many Spring times that we truly enjoyed.
