A lovely morning spreading a little Halloween cheer at Sligo University Hospital! 🎃🧁

We got to visit some of the departments today and met some lovely people while delivering Halloween goodies from all of us at Sligo Park Hotel, a small thank-you to our amazing healthcare workers for everything they do for our community. 💛

We were delighted to hear the treats brought smiles to staff and patients. Sometimes a little gesture can help brighten someone’s day!

Thank you for the warm welcome and big thanks to Leola from Lola’s Cake Company for preparing the delicious treats

🏆 A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO ANDREA BURKE! 🏆

We at Sligo Park Hotel are absolutely delighted and immensely proud to announce that our Restaurant Manager, Andrea Burke, has won the National Apprenticeship Award for Hospitality and Food at the awards ceremony in the RDS this evening! 🎉👏

The award was presented by Marian Harkin, TD for Sligo, making it an extra-special occasion for Andrea and our team.

This fantastic achievement is another milestone in Andrea’s outstanding career. She previously won the Irish Hotels Federation National Employee of the Year Award in 2024, and we are thrilled to see her talent, dedication and commitment to hospitality recognised once again on the national stage.

Andrea is a wonderful ambassador for Sligo Park Hotel and for the hospitality industry. Her success reflects the importance of developing talent, supporting apprenticeships and recognising the people who make our industry so special.

Well done, Andrea! We are incredibly proud of you and look forward to celebrating many more successes together. 🥂🌟

A very special birthday today — Sinead is 21! 🎂✨
Before a busy wedding service, we took a moment to celebrate our lovely Sinead Moore and make a little fuss of her on her big day.

It was such a pleasure to welcome the Roscommon Active Retirement Group to Sligo Park Hotel this week!

From welcome tea, coffee and homemade cookies on arrival to guided tours of Sligo and evenings enjoying music in the bar, we were delighted to be part of their break away. Our dedicated Guest Relations Coordinator, Mary, was also on hand to make recommendations and help everyone make the most of their stay.

Such a lovely group to have with us, and a pleasure to work with McGinley Tours in welcoming them to Sligo. We hope to see you all again soon!
