Just under an hour from Dublin along the new M3 motorway, the Lakeside Manor Hotel is one of the most convenient locations in the North Eastern Region. Ever wondered where some of the ingredients on your plate come from?

Tommy Doherty Butchers is an award-winning craft butcher in Kells, using local produce from local farms. Their sausages and puddings have been recognised with awards in both Ireland and Europe. 🏆

At The Lakeside Manor, we use their sausages, rashers and black & white pudding across some of our favourites, including our Full Irish Breakfast, homemade boxty and breakfast bap.

Good food starts with good ingredients, and this is our way of celebrating the local businesses behind the food we serve. ☘️
