Or how about renting bikes and exploring neighbouring towns along the greenway?
We've got Clew Bay Cruise Route and you'll get to know Home to the Pirate Queen. And don't forget to climb Croagh Patrick, our sacred mountain!

🍀Welcome to Westport, a small town located on the west coast of Ireland. Although it is one of the most touristic places in Ireland, this does not take away the small town vibes. The Old Mill Holiday Hostel boasts a prime location in the centre, where you'll have access to shops, famous pubs and renowned restaurants.

When arriving in Westport as the N5 is coming to an end, you are treated to a beautiful backdrop of Ireland’s holiest mountain, Croagh Patrick. It was the focus of a prehistoric ritual landscape, and later became associated with Saint Patrick, who is said to have spent forty days fasting on the summit.
