Smoked salmon mixed with chopped spinach, grated carrots, fresh dill, and mayonnaise with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Served on a toasted garlic baguette with a sprinkling of smoked paprika.

Chicken, pakchoi and vegetable broth, flavoured with plenty of ginger, dark soy and a hint of garlic served on a bed of plain boiled rice. Best comfort food on a rainy day in the woods...
