Hello everyone... This Saturday night will be our last behind the counter. We hope to see everyone over the next few nights to say our goodbyes. Since 2004 it has been a pleasure to get to know everyone and make such great life long friends. The support and loyalty you have shown us has been incredible it's the people that makes the place what it is. To all the staff past and present without whom we would not have gotten this far we cant thank you enough. The craic and the slagging that went on in that bar over the years was stuff of legends where every serious conversation ended with someone being ripped open and was always taken in good faith. They say it takes a village to raise a child well if definitely took a village to help our great little pub grow up and become 19 years old... Again we hope to see you over the weekend to enjoy the music and banter and thanks a million for everything it's been one hell of a brilliant story.... On a lighter note we are looking to re-home our resident pucans.. One is nearly toilet trained the other would p**s in your corn flakes both would benefit from a good worm dose pm me for more info..
