This Saturday, join us in the forest to gather in song. We will teach you easy to learn melodies and harmony! No singing experience necessary. Just come with an open heart and be prepared to laugh and feel the joy of Circle-Singing.

Then after the gathering you’ll have the option of cleansing in the Sauna and cold plunge.

Sounding Nature: Community Song Circle & Sauna

Rachel Dempsey and Kat Green teach us about the healing power of harmony when we sing together among the trees in an ancient Wicklow forest. Kat will share her worldly wisdom leading us through a call and response Kirtan. This is truly an “as above so below” experience where we connect with both the ether and the earth through song and voice.
