"Enough violence against women" (ME TOO)- an art project with social / educational significance at Shimoni School, Givatayim, Israel.
The painting on the bench was preceded by a zoom conversation with the children of the Shimoni school in Givatayim. I explained my art, I explained the sketch I had planned to paint on the bench, and we talked about violence against women and violence in general. (Verbal violence, boycott, and physical violence).
I chose to paint 2 women, one dark-skinned and the other light-skinned, to emphasize that violence harms all sections of the public. Freedom is symbolized by butterflies and birds.
The painting was designed for a particular bench, with a two-stage backrest only, but the bench was found damaged and a new bench was brought.
The school children gathered around me as I drew and expressed joy (grades A + B) that they would have a colorful bench). Students from higher grades were also interested and talked about the meaning of painting.
Thanks to Orly Levinhar who initiated the great art project and also to the principal and staff of the Shimoni School in Givatayim for the opportunity to present my art in the public space.

Assez de violence contre les femmes» (ME TOO) - un projet artistique ayant une signification sociale / éducative à l'école Shimoni, Givatayim, Israël.
La peinture sur le banc a été précédée d'une conversation zoom avec les enfants de l'école Shimoni à Givatayim. J'ai expliqué mon art, j'ai expliqué le croquis que j'avais prévu de peindre sur le banc, et nous avons parlé de la violence contre les femmes et de la violence en général. (Violence verbale, boycott et violence physique).
J'ai choisi de peindre 2 femmes, l'une à la peau foncée et l'autre à la peau claire, pour souligner que la violence nuit à toutes les couches du public. La liberté est symbolisée par les papillons et les oiseaux.
Le tableau a été conçu pour un banc particulier, avec un dossier à deux étages uniquement, mais le banc a été trouvé endommagé et un nouveau banc a été apporté.
Les écoliers se sont rassemblés autour de moi alors que je dessinais et exprimais la joie d'avoir un banc coloré). Les élèves des classes supérieures étaient également intéressés et ont parlé de la signification de la peinture.
