As a tenant you will receive a Private room, with or without an en- suite bathroom. Just 70 meters from Jerusalem beach; moments from Shuk HaCarmel, Rothschild St. our main party BLVD., and Dizengoff center filled with amazing cuisine, you cannot go wrong with this location. For a FLAT fixed price pay as you go- you will have INCLUDED access to our full sized operating Kitchen, Laundromat services, wifi and no requirement to pay arnona or any related bills that normal apartment contracts require. Your room will be equipped with towels, sheets, and a Full (Queen size) bed.
