We both know you can't get enough of that view. It's alright, cause we can't either - trust us. Are we right?

Israeli breakfasts are an essential part of the day.

The smell of fresh salads, cheeses from across the country, and hot pitas.

A little daily tradition that keeps us feeling good

As the day winds down, join us for our complimentary Happy Hour and enjoy a comforting bowl of homemade soup paired with a glass of fine wine.

It’s our way of saying welcome, relax, and make yourself at home.

Every evening at Maxim Hotel, where warm hospitality is served in every glass and every bowl. ❤️

Usually we’d ask what the plan for the day is.

But not today. Today is a day where we relax. We take it all in. And we enjoy the moment.

A book in hand, a breeze from the beach, and a clear blue sky. Sounds like a good day, right?

Some stories stay with you long after check-out.

Since the events of October 7, we have had the privilege of welcoming Dr. Brian Morris to the Maxim Hotel during his volunteer missions to Israel. His dedication has never wavered, and he continues to return to support the people of Israel.

Dr. Morris has volunteered with SAR-El on an IDF base and served as a physician and paramedic with Magen David Adom. His experiences inspired him to write Swords of Iron: Israel at War – A Canadian Surgeon’s Perspective—a deeply personal account of resilience, service, and humanity.

What makes this project even more meaningful is that all proceeds from the sale of the book will help fund the purchase of an ambulance for Magen David Adom, supporting the organization’s lifesaving work.

We are honored that Dr. Morris has chosen the Maxim Hotel as his home away from home during his volunteer missions and thank him for his unwavering commitment to Israel.

Thank you, Dr. Morris, for standing with Israel. ❤️
