akarma etc will be recommended by the body temperature and health. You can learn and practice to prepare South Indian Kerala Cuisine by the help of the traditional Kerala family who take care of the property. Short term sunset cruise through paddling Canoe,Shikkara,Motor boat and Houseboat is also avail on request. Arranging vehicles and packages to different tourist places are an added attraction.All rooms are A/c with attached WC,running hotwater,LCD,24 hrs room service, additional interior works and beautiful landscape make the property a unique one in this kind. Also to avoid the power failure 3phase generator, solar system and commercial electricity installed in the property.
All Houseboats are operating from this place. The famous Alleppey beach is only 3km away from Lloyd’s residency. The famous Kumarakom tourist village and the famous Rubber plantation town Kottayam each 2 ½ hrs boat ride from Lloyd’s residency through Vembanadu Lake.
