Our Story

Our Land is the dream child of Chalukya Grace Tours. We bought the first part of Our Land in 1995 with the vision of developing an island retreat that nurtures the environment and is embedded in the local community. We later build a traditionally houseboat so that our guest can experience the very best Kerala backwaters has to offer. Explore the backwaters on foot, by bike, by canoe or lounge on you very own houseboat as daily life in villages unfolds and invites you in. Our aim is to bring people together, connect cultures, and share our passion for Kerala with guests from all over the world.
