Take a dip in the lake or enjoy the scenic views, we cant wait to host YOU! There is an open lawn where you can play badminton and volleyball. The verandah has two swings, a carrom and ludo set and even UNO and playing cards for gue

A 7-day immersive residential workshop that uses theatre and comedy to help teenagers navigate everyday challenges with confidence, creativity, and a sense of humour; in a space that allows them to slow down, open up, and see things differently.

Set in the calm, natural surroundings of The Nest in Alibaug, this workshop creates room for reflection, expression, and connection. Through 14 sessions, participants will move from theatre games and exploratory discussions to discovering different styles of comedy, eventually creating and performing their own original pieces.

The workshop focuses on real, lived experiences—peer pressure, stress, identity—and uses humour and performance as a way to process and express them. The residential format allows participants to build trust, form meaningful connections, and engage more deeply with themselves and each other, culminating in a final performance for parents.

Conducted by Joy Fernandes (.to.all), a theatre practitioner with over 35 years of experience across stage, film, and training, and a visiting faculty at FTII, the mentorship blends performance skills with personal growth in a way that feels natural, engaging, and honest.

Set in the quiet, green surroundings of The Nest in Alibaug, this workshop uses theatre, play, and storytelling to help participants rediscover how they communicate and relate to each other—without distractions, schedules, or screens. Across four engaging sessions, children and adults will explore theatre games within their own groups, and then come together for collaborative scene work, ending with a simple, reflective sharing.

Get your hands dirty. Start your weekend differently.

We’re hosting a mural workshop at The Nest, Alibaug with Jai Ranjit, a self-taught artist and designer with nearly two decades of experience across fine art, murals, photography, printmaking and writing. Currently a Professor of Practice at Atlas SkillTech University, Jai is also a synaesthetic painter who works with colour and sound to create layered, story-led compositions.

This workshop is an introduction to mural design through a hands-on, making-focused approach. You’ll learn how to think about scale, composition and colour, and then paint directly onto the walls at The Nest.

Set in the middle of farmland, it’s less about getting it perfect and more about trying something new, working with your hands, and being part of a larger piece that stays on at the space.
