Villa Serenity is based near Kashid beach, 35 kms ahead of Alibaug city and approximately 50 kms from the Mandwa jetty. rsees the Phansad forest hills keeping you in the heart of nature. You will see a variety of forest birds that perch on the branches around the property. So each morning wake up to chirps and tweets. The white sandy beach is just a km walk. Feel free to take a quite stroll along the coast line or do some random surf fishing (training offered) or just laze around. If you are lucky you might catch a glimpse of dolphins on a quite day. The Villa has 2 bedrooms, a living room and a dining area. The 2nd floor bedroom has a contemporary European interior with large windows and a high pinewood covered ceiling that’s extremely airy and fresh. Attached is a 200sq ft open balcony where in you can spend some quite time lazing around. The 1st floor bedroom is more retro giving you an old colonial charm with antique furniture, retro tiling and a large attached bathroom. The floor also has a sit out area for a quite morning coffee over some simple conversation. Both the bedrooms provide a view of the Phansad hills and the river. The dining area can comfortable accommodate a family of 6 and has an adjoining organic garden with vegetables growing. There is also a small kids pool where in kid can have they own private playtime frolicking in the sun. The villa is surrounded with a large manicured lawn and has fruit trees like the chickoo, papaya, figs, bananas, jambun and guava. There is a vegetable plantation where is fresh produce can be prepared over lunch or dinner. We would be happy to organize a quite barbeque evening for guests under the twilight with prior intimation. Choicest sea food can be prepared at an extra cost. Adjoining the villa is also a beautiful colonial block house which can serve as a dormitory and accommodate 6-8 guests who are looking for a private area to have some fun.
