🚀 Restaurant Business Head / Operations & Growth Leader Required
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record of improving, scaling, and leading successful restaurant operations within a hotel environment.
This is not a routine management position. We are seeking a growth-oriented leader who can evaluate an existing restaurant outlet, identify opportunities, implement practical improvements, and drive sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Evaluate existing restaurant operations and identify areas for improvement.
✅ Develop and implement a practical growth and profitability roadmap.
✅ Build, train, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
✅ Optimize menu offerings, pricing strategies, and food cost controls.
✅ Strengthen the restaurant's brand positioning and guest experience.
✅ Plan and execute effective marketing and promotional initiatives through external agencies and partners.
✅ Establish robust systems, processes, controls, and performance standards.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity:
💰 Fixed Salary: ₹75,000 per month
📈 Revenue / Profit Sharing Opportunity upon achieving agreed profitability targets.
Selection Process:
