Every evening, I get exactly one assignment.
Glow just enough to flatter. Never too bright. Never too dim.
The waves take care of the soundtrack. The sea breeze likes to make me dance. The chef brings out fresh coastal flavours, course by course. And the team? They have a wonderful habit of knowing exactly when to appear and when to quietly disappear.
From where I stand, I've watched nervous first dates, anniversary toasts, surprise proposals, and couples who can say everything without saying a word.
My favourite part? Watching conversations linger over dessert, laughter grows softer with the night, and the rest of the world quietly slip away.
By the time I melt away, another love story leaves with a few more memories than it arrived with.
