We had a Kolping Vocational Computer Centre in the beginning and later was changed to IELTS Teaching Centre. Now we have a Kolping Women’s Hostel. The key achievement is the formation of 94 Kolping groups and implementation of Collective Income Generation programs as well as Individual Income Generation Programs. egion is medical assistance, scholarship and educational assistance and housing aid for the deprived community in Alleppey. Apart from this, various units have their own venturest like dry fish unit, pickle making unit, coir ratt unit etc. Kolping Alleppey is guided with the Motto “Be a committed Christian, give credible performance in calling, be a good father or mother of the family, be a good and honest citizen”. Hence all the establishments and activities have been based on this motto. We proudly say that our Kolping groups received the fisheries grant worth rupees 12 Lakhs and achieved more linkage through Kolping Alleppey. Now we have a Women`s Hotel at Cherthala, four coir ratt unit, a Garment unit, a provision store and two flour mills , one fish and chicken stall. One candle unit being started with the assistance of Department Fisheries, Govt. of Kerala for the year 2014 will be inaugurated during of February 2015.
