Crank’s Ridge or Hippie Hill Hill is a place where the 1960’s live on. During the 1960’s this place gained a reputation as a ‘power center’. Since then it has been popular with alternative crowd. The writer D.H. Lawrence spent two summers at this place. Bob Dylan and Cat Stevens also visited here.
