The Cozy Dream Apartment is located in the heart of South Anjuna. A unique design project, combining beautiful furnishings with authentic Goan architectural features, this large 2 double bedroom apartment, equipped with king size beds and A/C in every room), is light, cool, spacious, comfortable, and can easily accommodate two couples for a short or long stay. The large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area (with an additional sofa-bed), is great for entertaining and relaxing. The single bathroom is large and bright.
The apartment occupies the whole first floor of an independent house (the host lives on the ground floor; there is no reception or shared area) so guests have 24h access through their own external entrance with total freedom and privacy. There are 4 friendly dogs on the territory to keep you safe, but rest assured, they do not access the apartmeent.

Facilities & Equipment

The apartment is connected with a stable, high-speed internet (50+ mbs) and multiple networks, as well as Smart TV, electricity back up (great for monsoon!), washing machine, iron & board, and next generation water filter, so the property is equally suitable as a "home away from home", or as a base for working professionals, all-year round.
In addition, the fully-equipped kitchen (rice cooker, pressure cooker, microwave, toaster, mixer, juicer, kettle and all utensils) combined with the beautiful wooden dining table, mean that the apartment is perfect to cook family meals and dine-in comfortably. The beautiful balcony provides a cozy after-dinner chill-out area, and the soft furnishings are large, high quality, and comfy.

Local shops and atm just 50 metres away, the Oxford Supermarket is just 5 minutes drive, with a full range of domestic & imported products and goods on offer.
Within walking distance are a host of chilled-out garden cafe and restaurants.

Cozy Dream Apartment расположены в северном Гоа, недалёко от побережья Аравийского моря. До Пляжа Анжуна около 5ти минут ходьбы, около 700 м.
Апартаменты расположены на втором этаже дома с отдельным входом.
В вашем распоряжении 2 спальни с кондиционерами, 3 кровати.
Холл также оснащён кондиционером, телевизором, DVD и музыкальным центром. Имеется провод HDMI.
Кухня оснащена всем необходимым: холодильник, питьевая вода, посуда, тостер, кофеварка, микроволновая печь, соковыжималка и т.д.
На уютном балконе вы сможете отдохнуть после знойного дня на пляже с бокалом прохладительного напитка!
Все комнаты большие и просторные!!
А также: Свежее постельное белье, полотенца, WiFi, уборка помещения( по необходимости), горячая вода, стиральная машина.
Анджуна является одним из самых тусовочный мест Северного Гоа. В непосредственной близости вечеринки на пляже, рестораны, кафе, водные развлечения, несколько супермаркетов и маленьких магазинчиков.
Мы предоставляем помощь в аренде байков и машин, такси в/из аэропорта, сим карты, экскурсии, а также любая информативная помощь.
Cozy Dream Apartment находятся не далеко от побережья в 700 метрах от Пляжа Анджуна. В 100 метрах от дома вы найдёте множество небольших ресторанчиков с индийской и континентальной кухней.
