Our apartment is situated in Arpora in northern Goa. The gated complex of apartments is just up the road from Candolim and close to Baga and Calungute.
1 Double bedroom with AC and fan, en suite bathroom and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, over, toaster and any mod-coms that you will need on a holiday. The lounge has two comfy sofas, a flatscreen TV with satellite connection
and a DVD player (with a collection of movies!) as well as fans and AC. The bedroom and lounge are both connected to a wrap around balcony around the apartment overlooking a massive mango tree. This is also used for al-fresco dining. The bathroom has a rain shower with constant hot water and all other amenities. The apartment complex itself has a large pool that you are free to use surrounded by landscaped gardens. There is also a gym with treadmill, jacuzzi, sauna etc at your disposal. The complex also offers 24 hour security and there is parking space available should you need it. All in all, it is a nice & comfortable place for holidays whether you are coming for a few days or a few months, you will never get tired of this luxurious apartment and the surroundings. Arpora offers small convenience stores, gift shops and fantastic restaurants all within a short walk down the road. Famous seafood restaurant 'Starlight' is an easy walk away from the complex. A short moped drive into Candolim will take you to supermarkets with a wider choice of Western goods, banks and restaurants offering all styles of cuisine as well as the beach. The extremely popular saturday night market is a 5 min. moped drive away. The surrounding area
Baga and Calangute are the most commercialised part of northen Goa offering the widest choice in bars, restaurants and clubs but also the busiest area. A 15 min. drive away is Anjuna beach and Vagator which are quieter. The northern beaches of Mandrem, and Morjim are a 30 min. scenic moped drive away and here you will find long stretches of nearly deserted beaches you could hope to discover right on the beach, yoga and Ayurvedic massage escapes and more upmarket retreats. We, the owners of the apartment, are long time residents of Goa and will be available on call should you need to ask any questions or get advice on what to do and where to go!
