The one-of-its kind specialty restaurant is dedicated solely to Arabic cuisine, in an ambiance that is fitting to it's authenticity. The menu has been crafted keeping in mind the traditional cooking styles across 24 nations and provinces in the Middle East. Arabian cuisine is known for its mild spices and healthy seasoning. Each recipe has drawn immense inspiration from the customary kitchens of t

he Middle East. Cooked with olive oil and authentic native spices & herbs like sumac, zatar, paprika, pomegranate sauce and such, each dish is flavoursome and delectable. The restaurant’s decor reflects Arabic culture and traditions in the designs, artifacts and handicrafts. Each of the decorative pieces has been hand-picked from the Middle Eastern countries the decoration and design of the restaurant is reflective of the attention to detail in each element. The service staff at the restaurant dressed in Arabic attire welcome guests with the warmth the Middle East is known for. Shebestan is divided into four sections, each with its unique features. The section also features a Khawa station, offering guests the customary welcome drink in Arabic homes. Khawa, an intricately concocted brew cleanses the palate prior to the meal. The section also has Arabic Majlis seating, conforming to the social custom of an enjoyable evening of entertaining guests at home. The center sections are designed to host larger feasts with spacious seating. The dining arrangements are ornate and are accentuated with exquisite fabric and heavy wooden furniture. Further into the expansive restaurant is the inner section that caters to private gatherings. The interiors and seating is typically like that in an Arabic home, set to accommodate an intimate meal between family and friends. With defined techniques in cooking styles and homegrown recipes, the dining experience at Shebestan is reminiscent of home food in Arabia.
