1.Kumaragiri Farm And Natu

Opened in 2012, the farm is now attracting visitors from all over the world and is ranked as one of the must see destinations in Trip Advisor. Kumaragiri group of estates are pristine natural land mass of one thousand two hundred acres owned by twenty family members but kept undivided and developed to cultivate various plantation crops, cashew and spices.. Kumaragiri is within 1 hour driving distance from the famous Silent valley forests in the Western ghat region of kerala. Calicut airport is 1 hour drive and Kuttipuram railway station is 42 kms. away. KFNC invites you to do field visit and experience the feel of rainforest exceeding 200 acres; retained interestingly on rocky patches in the plantation. We provide comfortable stay with traditional Malabar cuisine to the guests . There are no leeches and other wild animals to disturb the serious students of nature. Coffee is cultivated in the upper regions of the hills which go up to approximately 2000 feet above mean sea level. Cardamom and cocoa is planted on an experimental basis. Nilambur teak and the purple frog are endemic in its pristine surroundings in these hills. The Camp is open from JUNE Till JANUARY.
2.Farmkamp- Masinagudi
This facility is in a tea plantation in Gudalur near Masinagudi. The cottages are designed in bamboo plywood to bring out the aesthetic appearance merging with flora of the farm. Besides cultivation of tea, a visitor is exposed to cultivation of cardamom, coffee and pepper. A natural pond in the farm grows fish varieties of carp and tilapia. A visitor to the farmkamp- Masinagudi can visit Ooty on a day trip. Similarly Wynad can also be covered in another day. Besides, a safari trip in Mudumalai or a visit to the elephant camp in Masinagudi can be accomplished by staying in this property. This destination is ideal for week end travelers from Bangalore and Mysore..
3 Farmkamp- Athirapilly
This is a beautiful farm by the Chalakudy river side on the Anamalai Highway leading to the Athirapilly waterfalls ( known as the Niagra of India.). A fresh water aqua farm and large number of spices and tropical fruits are cultivated in this farm. It is landscaped and rest room facilities are provided to attract the visitors to the waterfalls. Visitors to this farm can relax on their way to the waterfalls along with their family in a serene and clean environment. A visitor is encouraged to have a relaxation massage and other ayurvedic treatment in the riverside cottages designed interestingly. The visitors can savor the local cuisine in the simple farm ambience. The Vechoor cow which is endemic to Kerala is grown here for aiding organic cultivation.An Organic produce market and exclusive spice boutique is planned for this Farmkamp
4.Farmkamp- Bangalore
The farm in Bangalore is designed to welcome visitors who want to experience the authentic lifestyle in a Karnataka village. Situated just within 2 kilometres from the Carmelram Railway station near the Sarjapura Road in Bangalore; the farm also is where the owners have their residence. The stay here will be quite an experience for a traveler who is always put up in a concrete jungle when he checks into any city hotels. The two cottage rooms are in the midst of a fully grown Mango orchard with few other fruit trees and coconut trees interspersed among the mango trees. The indigenous variety of cow , Hallikar is specifically bred to give our guest an authentic feel good factor. More over the quiet surroundings of the farm gives the visitor a fabulous opportunity to breath in fresh air and relax in the lap of nature. Features of FarmKamps
All the farm stays have non- air-conditioned and clean accommodations that have been our hallmark in the last 50 years of our experience in the plantation industry. The camping facility is designed to ensure a visitor to any of our farm stay, hygiene food, water and clean and comfortable accommodation. In all the farms children have a play area both indoors and outdoors. All farms are comfortable and secured with attendants who are well mannered .They are committed to the concerned farms for long period of time. Many of them have endeared to the visitors to the farms and we are happy to notice their inherent hospitality traits. The farms generally encourage organic methods of farming. We try our level best to avoid using plastics in all our farms. The usage of chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides are discouraged to a large extend. Wherever possible we try growing and using the milk of the local varieties of cattle. All the farms are focused on cultivation of crops best suited for the local climate conditions and the traditional cropping followed in the locality. The visitors to the farms are welcome to try their skills on getting hands on experience in various cultivation practices as well as the culinary followed in these farms. Be it rubber tapping, tea picking or coffee plucking or just getting a feel of earth by planting vegetable seeds ; our guests are most welcome to try out anything that may attract their interest in these farms.
