Food from gourmet metropolises like Lahore, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Kabul, Amritsar, Multan and Patiala, formed the urbanized melting pots of different cultures
The glass façade at the entrance of the restaurant gives a full view of the wine cellars. The restaurant has a chic and modern take on the glamour of Indian royalty
The specialties are Tandoori Guchchi with its earthy aroma and meat-like flavour. One doesn't easily come across the rare and expensive mushroom (morel) from Kashmir you can find here. Chaamp Taajdar (mutton chops braised and grilled), the most authentic Butter Chicken, Daal Punjab Grill and Raarhya Meat served with some well done Rotis and Ulta Tawa parathas and the sumptuous Mutton Biryani. The vast menu at Punjab Grill is where the everyday “sarson da saag and “makki di roti” meet the secret recipes of the royal kitchens — with a dash of panache and modernity thrown in. The menu also features some dishes with a twist like Salmon Tikka, Tandoori Duck, Tandoori Lobsters, Crabs and a Chocolate Filled Gulab Jamun. Another original creation at Punjab Grill is the popular Paan Shot. The paan is a traditional Indian digestive and breath-freshener made with betel leaf, areca nut, and slaked lime paste, often chewed after a meal. The Paan Shot @ Punjab Grill is a creative take on this tradition — the secret recipe of ingredients blitzed and liquefied into a heady, freshening concoction that has become the perfect final note to a meal at Punjab Grill
