Being a student of hotel management, it was necessary for me to gain a better experience in my field. I came to know about ‘ The Nomad’ through one of my professors who is doing his research on new restaurants in town. The concept of ‘Nomad’ was very intriguing. It was a concept I had never heard of. When I approached the restaurant regarding a part time job, they were more than willing to take me under their wings to help me jump start my career. Even though I am a part timer, ‘Nomad’ has given me opportunities to work with numerous chefs from different cuisines. The main aim of our restaurant is to give to our consumers something they have not tried before with complete authenticity of the country or region it comes from. ‘Nomad’ has given me the experience of a lifetime and has given me the necessary push for my career, and there isn't enough I can do to thank them for it.

Chefs at The Nomad aim at serving an endless repetition of extraordinary miracles.The restaurant specialises in 3 core cuisines every quarter, and we have complete change in menu. Everytime you walk in we magically take you to a different
country. The busy streets of Thailand, the cheezy lanes of Italy and the colourful, energetic roads of Spain is where we are taking you in the next couple of months. The food available is a amalgamation of popular and local hits straight from the roots. The quality is top notch, and all ingredients are organically
grown or manufactured.

Chefs employed at the restaurant have been trained at reputed culinary institutes from all over the world, and have specialized in a variety of cuisines. Personally picked after a series of selection rounds, so that the food is all that you hoped it would taste like.
