The Bahia’s belong to the Mehraj village situated inMalwa region of Punjab and have been blessed by the 6th Sikh Guru - Shri Guru HarGobind Ji and 7th Sikh Guru – Shri Guru Har Rai Ji. The Bahia Group share strong links with the royal family of the Patiala Estate, as both belong to the same family tree.With the blessings of The Almighty, Bahia Group has been achieving great endeavours since it’s establishment. Bahia Group first entered the hospitality industry with a Heritage property – Hotel Bahia Fort in 1980 under the Chairmanship of Sardar Devinder Singh Bahia. Later in 1994, Bahia Group upgraded Hotel Bahia Fort into a 4-star government approved hotel, which was also one of the first 4-star hotels in Punjab.

Then in 2001, Bahia Group came with a totally new concept of an eco- friendly property for the people who are embraced with the love of nature – Bahia Resorts. It’s modern architect was loved by everyone and is still regarded as one of the best resorts in Punjab. Sprawled over 8 acres of land, the beautifully landscaped lush green lawns and clean- green environment give a very soothing treat to our customers. It is a 3- star government approved property with a restaurant, kitty hall, 20 rooms and the then biggest pillar-less banquet hall in Bathinda. Bahia Resorts is special for holding elephantine function like marriages and exhibitions for 1000-1500 persons.

Continuing the trend of progression, in 2005, to cool down the warmth of wishes received by the people of Bathinda, Bahia Group gifted the city a water park – Chill-O-Thrill. This venture has made it easy for the citizens of Bathinda to pass the summers in a chilled and relaxed manner.

The never-stopping attitude of Bahia Group made them approach the market with a different view in 2012. Bahia Group developed a shopping complex, in tribute of the pioneer of the group Sardar Devinder Singh Bahia – DSB Complex. With the overly cramped mall road and defeating the defects of Old Cloth Market, DSB Complex holds 60 shops which has become a new hotspot for wholesale textile merchants.

Now in 2018, overcoming every hurdle, to regard the everlasting relation with the City of Bathinda and its citizens, Bahia Group presents a unique English Classical theme based architect, the new venture – Hotel Bahia Heights.

It’s name speaks for itself as Bahia Group celebrates another endeavour with the launch of this elegant property.

Hotel Bahia Heights is established in the most busy business centre of the city, The New Cloth Market, Mall Road, Bathinda. It’s austere English theme welcomes customers with empathy. The hotel is well designed by focusing on detail of every corner of the property.

Hotel Bahia Height has 32 elegant rooms, which include 2 beautifully designed Executive suites and 1 Presidential suite, catering to all segments of customers from corporate sector to tourist and travellers. The architect of the hotel has been erected keeping in mind the need of proper ventilation and sunlight in every corner of the property.

All the rooms ranging from Deluxe category to Executive suites are equipped with all kinds of modern amenities. The ancillaries in all the rooms are highly branded and of rich quality. The Presidential Suite has an auspicious interior design which provides the true elite feeling to our customers.

Colonel's Den – An auspicious restaurant pub and bar. It can accommodate a seating of 30-35 people. It is perfect for small gathering and kitties. The restaurant serves multiple cuisine ranging from Lucknowi Kebabs of Lucknow to Tortillas of Mexico.

Hotel Bahia Heights has an enormous banquet hall - The Royce. It can organize a function for over 250 people. It is the biggest banquet hall in Bathinda. As the name suggests, The Royce Banquet is a beautifully designed hall. From chandeliers to the carpets, one can see the royalty embroidered into the banquet hall. It is an ideal choice for conferences, exhibitions or marriages.

Inside the venture, Bahia Group provides a unique concept of sky-top dinning and multiple activities, “The Celestial – A Terrace Garden”. It is situated on the fourth floor and provides a beautiful 360-degree view of Bathinda City. The terrace is also a venue for health-conscious customers. The fresh morning breeze brings positivity in the guest’s mind, making sure the day of our customers start in a charming manner. It is a great celebration point which can organize functions for over 150 persons. The live kitchen takes the atmosphere to a whole new level and makes the gathering very lively.
