Disappointed with HDFC Ergo – Not Recommended!
I am extremely disappointed with HDFC Ergo's service and I would not recommend them to anyone! Claim processing is worse, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite paying hefty premiums, getting claims approved feels like an uphill battle, with endless documentation and lack of transparency.
Their customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful, making it nearly impossible to resolve issues in a timely manner. Health insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind, but with HDFC Ergo, it’s just added stress. If you’re considering them, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Don’t waste your time and money!
