The Mission Shakti Department inaugurated the “Subhadra Shakti Leadership Conference” at , bringing together around 90 Presidents and Secretaries from Mahasanghas of Khordha, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, and Nayagarh districts. The conference will continue from 7th to 12th March, with women leaders from various districts across Odisha who will participate in the coming days.

The conference focuses on empowering women through sessions on skill development, startup opportunities, digital literacy, and financial awareness, strengthening leadership and self-reliance.
