Job Vacancy: General Manager at Hotel Aadditayaa International, Bokaro
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join the team at Hotel Aadditayaa International, Bokaro. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel
Manage and lead the hotel staff to ensure optimal performance
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure high standards of service
Budgeting, financial management, and cost control
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel supplies and services
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple departments effectively
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of hotel management software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
