Our Story

RARE EARTH FARMS & HOMESTAY, a unit of Rare Earth Foundation, is a quiet idyllic place in the lap of nature beside a Santal {tribal} village a short distance from Shantiniketan & Visva Bharati University founded by Rabindranath Tagore , for people who love peace, nature, the birds and the bees, fresh clean unpolluted air and the sound of silence. The cottages here are made of indigenous materials and can accommodate eighteen people in seven rooms, all with attached clean, hygienically maintained toilets.
