This winter, Baluchi invites you to experience Baluchi-ae-Wazwan, a heartfelt celebration of Kashmir’s legendary culinary heritage.

For this special festival, guests will hear from and experience the craft of a master chef specially flown in from Kashmir, bringing with him generations of culinary wisdom and the authentic flavours of the valley. Through his cooking, he showcases his signature preparations that define true Kashmiri Wazwan.

Indulge in iconic dishes such as Tabak Maaz, Rogan Josh, Rista, Gushtaba, Nadru ka Korma, Daniwal Korma, Lal Paneer, and many more, alongside a thoughtfully curated wazwan thalis.
