A big shoutout to everyone who joined our Awareness Session on Using Fire Extinguishers this Saturday (February 14, 2026) at 10:00 AM in front of the clubhouse!

Led by our very own Army veteran Mani from the security team, the session was incredibly informative and hands-on. Residents and the staff learned the essential techniques and gained confidence in responding to fire emergencies as first responders. Mani's expertise made this critical (and often overlooked) skill feel accessible and empowering for our entire community.

Dear Residents of TVHOBOA,

Thank everyone who attended today's (5 Feb 2026) Government Welfare Schemes Awareness & Eligibility Camp! 🌟

The officials from BDO Thiruporur visited our premises and guided many residents about various Tamil Nadu Government schemes. We had wonderful participation, especially from our senior citizens, women residents, and parents of students.

Residents actively checked their eligibility and initiated applications / registrations for:

CM Health Insurance Scheme (CMCHIS)

Senior Citizen Pension Scheme

Magalir Urimai Thogai Scheme (₹1,000 monthly support for women)

Students Sports Scholarship

Medicine Subsidy for Senior Citizens
…and several other beneficial initiatives.

Your response made the event very meaningful and helpful. Special thanks to the BDO team for their patient guidance and to all volunteers who helped make everything smooth.

We’re delighted to announce that the Follow-Up Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Camp held on Saturday, 15th November 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Tower 6 Association Office was a huge success! 🙌

Our Booth Level Officer (BLO) assisted many residents with:

✅ Guide residents through the SIR process

Thrilled to share that our third Property Tax Camp, organized by the TVH Ouranya Bay Owners' Association (TVHOBOA), was a hit! Over 15 owners took advantage of this convenient doorstep service to get their assessments sorted and dues cleared right here in our complex. No more long queues at government offices – we're bringing the ease to you! 🙌

TVH OURANYA BAY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS: THIRD SPECIAL CAMP FOR PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION OF DUES*

Dear Residents,

To facilitate a smooth process for assessment and payment, the TVH Ouranya Bay Owners' Association is organizing the third special property tax Camp on:

**Date:** *Saturday, 8th November 2025*
**Time:** *10:30 AM - 02:00 PM*
**Location:** *Tower 6 Association Office*

Two officers from the Muttukadu Panchayat Office will be present at the camp to assist with property tax assessment and collection of dues.
Documents Required for Submission
Please bring the following:
(i) A completed assessment form (a copy of the form can be downloaded from https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1VQMxBWjGh/)
Additional forms will be available at the camp.
(ii) A photocopy each of:
- (a) Sale Deed
- (b) Construction Agreement
- (c) Aadhaar Card
- We strongly encourage all residents to take advantage of this doorstep opportunity to have their property tax assessed and dues paid.
Alternative Options for Assessment and Payment
- **If you already have an assessment number:** You may pay your property tax dues online via the Rural Development & Panchayat Raj, Tamil Nadu portal:
