ನೆರೆವಿನ ಹಸ್ತ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ,ದಾನ ಕ್ಕೆ ಬಡತನವಿಲ್ಲ..!!

ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಣ್ಣ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ವಾಟ್ಸಪ್ ಗ್ರೂಪಿನಿಂದ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸಂದಿಗ್ಧ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಕಡು ಬಡವರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದಾಗ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಯುವಕರು ಜೊತೆ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಭರವಸೆಯಷ್ಟೆ ಇತ್ತು.
ಅದೇ ಎರಡು ದಿನದ ನಂತರ ಅಕ್ಕಪಕ್ಕದ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಿಗೆ ನೆರವಿನ ಕೈ ಚಾಚಿದಾಗಲೆ ತಿಳಿದದ್ದು ದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಿಯ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಣಿಗೆ ಕಮ್ಮಿಯಾಯಿತೆಂದು.
ಲಾಕ್ ಡೌನ್ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತಾರು ಮಂದಿ ನೂರೆಂಟು ತರಹದ ಸಮಯ ಕಳೆಯಲು ಹವ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿಕ್ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ನಮ್ಮದೇ ಸಮಾಜದ ಕಟ್ಟ ಕಡೆಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಈ ಸಂಧಿಗ್ದತತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬದುಕಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡುವುದನ್ನೂ ಕಂಡೂ ಕಾಣದಂತಾಗುವುದು ಬೇಡ.
ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ "ನೂರು" ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಧಾನಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಪಡಿತರ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಸಾರ್ಥಕತೆ ಕೊಡುವ ಖುಷಿ ಒಂದೆಡೆಯಾದರೆ ನಾವು ತಲುಪಲು ಸಾದ್ಯವಿದ್ದೂ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ನೆರವಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮೆಡೆ ನೊಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ನೋಟ ಬಹುಶಃ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಭಾದಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಕೊರೋನ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಮೇಲಿದೆ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಜನರನ್ನ ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಬರದಂತೆ.
ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಈ ಆಶಯದಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲರ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆವೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲೂ ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡುವ ಇಚ್ಛೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಪೋನ್ ನಂಬರಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ದಿನಸಿ,ಪಡಿತರ ಅಥವಾ ಹಣದರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಹಾಯ ಹಸ್ತ ಚಾಚಬಹುದು.

Chicken Sukka- Ajadina Chicken Sukka (Tulu)

One of the most popular Malnad dishes is the Chicken Sukka – it is probably made by all the communities in Mangalore -& Chikmagalur in varied in degrees of spiciness.Chicken Sukka is a dry dish made with a beautiful blend of spices and coconut. The authentic way of preparing this ofcourse involves the effort of dry roasting the spices, grinding them to a paste and grinding the coconut to a very coarse paste and allowing the Chicken to cook in this spicy mixture.

Chicken Sukka smells divine with so many spices and roasted coconut that go into it and tastes awesome whether you eat it with Brown Rice, Neer Dosa, Dosa or Chapathi.
