Known for its typical lingering taste of burnt cheese, this sweetmeat was invented by late Sudarsan Sahu of Nayagarh while experimenting with the leftover cottage cheese.
Our dish- Made with chhena,cashew,kismis,cheery and sugar to make it a delight. We preferably use less sugar keeping in mind all the health conscious people out there. We request it to give it a try and we promise you will not be dissapointed.
