PhonePe Im compelled to express my dissatisfaction regarding the unresolved issue with my device, which has persisted since 23 December 2024. Despite multiple assurances, no technician arrived on the scheduled date of 11 January 2025 to address the malfunction.

Following this missed appointment, I was further assured that a visit would be arranged before 21 January 2025. Regrettably, this commitment also went unfulfilled, leaving the problem unresolved and my patience tested.

This prolonged delay, coupled with repeated assurances that have not been honored, is both disappointing and unacceptable. I kindly urge you to prioritize this matter and provide a definitive resolution timeline at the earliest.

Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
