3. Beauty & Skincare
Used in natural beauty rituals, turmeric helps brighten skin, reduce blemishes, and give a natural glow.

4. Traditional Healing
For generations, turmeric has been used in home remedies — soothing sore throats, healing wounds, and providing relief from colds and joint pain.

5. Spiritual & Cultural Use
Turmeric holds a sacred place in Indian rituals and celebrations — symbolizing purity, prosperity, and good fortune.
