Auks Farm

Mud, hands, hard work and a whole lot of excitement! 🤎
We’ve been quietly working on a new little corner of the farm, and it’s slowly starting to take shape.
It’s still very much a work in progress, but here’s a glimpse.
More to come 😊🌿

No guests at the farm, so we enjoyed this lemon loaf with the family instead 🙂…and it was gone much too quickly 🤍

Baked this apple cinnamon loaf this afternoon and even before cutting the first slice, our kitchen smelled of butter, cinnamon and warm apples. It’s amazing how a few simple ingredients can come together to create something that tastes like home and this recipe is definitely one of them 🤎

We’ll keep a place by the fire ready.

A few years ago, a group of passionate birdwatchers spent time at Auks Farm and documented an incredible diversity of birdlife, geotagging each sighting and sharing their observations with us.

This carousel revisits a few of those recorded species as a simple field guide. Just a handful from a much longer list, and a reminder that every walk around the farm has the potential for a new discovery.

Which one would you love to spot on you next visit? 🍃
