We are now,Official Hosts and Innkeepers to the Indian Oil Corporation Limited's Officers in Darjeeling.
The Villa was formally Inaugurated on the 10th of August 2022 as The Holiday Home for I.O.C.L. Officers in Darjeeling by Mr.A.C.Ghosh,ED I/C,Regional Services, Eastern Region(I.O.C.L.) in the presence of Mr.Vibash Kumar,ED & SH (BHSO-I.O.C.L.), Mr.G.Ramesh,ED &SH (IOAOD-I.O.C.L.), Mr.L.K.S.Chauhan,ED & SH(WBSO-I.O C.L.), Mr.Goutam Datta,CGM(HR-Eastern Region-I.O.C.L),Mr.Amitava Bose, CGM(Aviation-Eastern Region-I.O.C.L.) and other Senior Officials.

Our Guests(Regular and New) and Travel Associates would still have access to two of the Villa's Kangchendzonga facing rooms.

We remained closed 🛌 since early April and are now just beginning to reopen Our very Damp Reservation Registers and Doors to welcome🙇🏻‍♂️ Patrons & Guests who have been fully Vaccinated🦸🏻‍♂️🦸🏻‍♀️.We do insist on this for your own personal safety and that of Our Staff👨‍🍳,Our families👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 and Our Community🧑‍🦳👩‍🦳🧑‍🦱👩‍🦱👶👳‍♂️👰‍♂️🎅👻🧞‍♂️👈🤪.
Our Staff too have taken their 1st doses of the Covid Vaccine and are carrying on with maintenance works😴😴😴 at the Villa while awaiting their 2nd doses.
We are encouraged 🤗by the numerous enquiries from prospective Guests and some of our Travel Partners and YES we are open for reservations from the 1st of August 2021 but unfortunately,,NO,,even though we humbly🙏🏻 value your patronage and heartily😍🤑 welcome your money,,we would not because of the "PANDEMIC"🧟‍♂️🧟‍♀️🧟 and "Darjeeling Hotels SUFFERING from Low Occupancy/High Maintenance Costs & Liabilities" be offering 60% to 70% discounts even if some 🤔🧐🔫 amongst us supposedly are.
We in the Darjeeling Hills have been going through difficult times since the Demonetisation 😤🤯days of late 2016, followed soon after by the 105 days of Strike🤐🙊 in early 2017.We had just begun to recover🤕 from the 🤜Double🤛 after effects of 2016 and 2017 when Covid 19 arrived👣, uninvited,👣in March of 2020👣.Our Industry,Allied Partners and our Community have suffered 🤒and are still suffering🤒🤒 as we are dependent to a great extent on Tourism but my humble request to some of the prospective Patrons and Visitors to the Darjeeling hills is not to take this as an opportunity to impose🤺🤼 yourselves on us because of the "PANDEMIC".
The Pandemic exists and is real and I would personally request🙏 you all to stay at Home and remain safe and healthy until things get, hopefully,better but if you do have the urge🏃‍♂️ to travel and visit the 🗻Darjeeling Hills, Please do so responsibly (Get yourselves vaccinated before coming) and without having us,grudgingly😔lower our hospitality standards as hosts by giving out unreasonable🥴 discounts;We would still be smiling 😑when you arrive at our doors but it would bring our faces much pain and discomfort to maintain it,as alas,the heart❤ would just not be there behind those smiles😑,which wouldn't also be streched from ear to ear.
So,please be Responsible🧪💉😷 and Generous 🥰and do mail or call us for Monsoon/Off Season🌧☔ discounts and we would be more than happy to host you with Genuine,Paharia smiles,,like so 👉 🙂😀😁
