Over Valentine’s Day weekend we had the pleasure of hosting and friends. Twinning in their Friends t-shirts celebrating three decades of friendship. How cute is that? ☺️

Sunday roast is something of a tradition at home. Couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of hosting and young Karma over the weekend. Being a Sunday we decided to have a small get together. Our evening got off on the right note when Doctor Jamyang Gyatsho decided to join us.
For dinner mom prepared a Roast chicken along with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, assorted seasonal greens and of course thick gravy. Sunday roast is incomplete without my personal favourite Yorkshire pudding along with a generous helping of gravy. This dinner was a perfect way to wind up a beautiful Sunday spent in good company. Big thank you to Dichen for bringing along these bottled goodies from her restaurant in Gangtok . Looking forward to hosting you guys soon. Cheers.
