Some guests come and go, but a few leave a piece of themselves behind. Evelyn, you were one of those rare souls—so sweet, so funny, and incredibly warm. From sharing meals to sharing laughter, our love for cooking, your crepe’s recipe and my momo’s those couple of days felt truly special. I already miss you and hope our paths cross again someday.
